Both properties are available to let right throughout the year, and the prices are as shown below. Please also see our Terms & Conditions.

• All bookings are taken on a Saturday to Saturday basis - but see below as regards Christmas/New Year. 
• For the 2011 and 2012 festive periods only we will offer mid-week to mid-week bookings to accommodate the Christmas and New Year dates.
• The above prices are all inclusive of oil-fired central heating, electricity, and bed linen.
• Towels are not provided, and you should please bring your own towels with you.
• A 20% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.
• In the event of cancellation, payments (other than the deposit) will be refunded only if we are successful in re-letting the week(s) you have booked. It is therefore wise to effect appropriate holiday cancellation insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
• Cancellation insurance is not available with your booking as current financial services' regulations prevent us from offering it. However, it should be readily available via your insurance company or insurance broker.

• In order to place a booking, we require a completed and signed Booking Form together with payment of the appropriate deposit. Payment in full is required at the time of booking if there are less than 6 weeks remaining until the start of your holiday.

• We regret that as a small business we are unable to accept payments by debit or credit card.

• You are advised to contact us in the first instance, either via our on-line Response Form or by phone or e-mail to check on the availability of the dates you require. If you wish to proceed with a booking, we will forward a Booking form by post for completion and return.
